Email my deletion requestSend the request from your registered email, include your investor, Partner, or Academy role, and complete any identity verification we request.
Use the in-app route when possible
For the fastest authenticated request, open SIF Prime, sign in to the relevant role, and go to Profile → Delete account. Review the notice and confirm permanent deletion. You can track or withdraw an open request from the same screen while it remains eligible for cancellation.
What the request covers
The request covers the selected SIF Prime account, its sign-in identity, and associated personal app data that we are not legally required to keep. It is not a temporary deactivation. If you created distinct investor, Partner, or Academy accounts, identify every account you want deleted.
What may be retained
Financial services may require continued retention of KYC, suitability, transaction, mandate, settlement, fraud-prevention, tax, complaint, audit, distributor, and regulatory records. Any retained information is limited to the required purpose and period and is not kept merely to continue the deleted account.
Before deletion can complete
Open orders, mandates, payments, settlement, complaints, partner-client responsibilities, or identity-verification steps may require action. We will explain any required step and confirm the outcome through your registered contact channel. Do not email passwords, PAN images, bank statements, or one-time codes.
