What Is This Exam?
Series V-D is the specialist SIF-distributor route. The official March 2026 workbook combines the Mutual Fund Distributors syllabus with selected Equity Derivatives and Interest Rate Derivatives chapters. The exam has 150 one-mark questions, requires 90 marks to pass, and applies 10% negative marking.
